Let us help you with your wedding!

Every wedding package includes one assistant. Additional assistants will be required for specific locations, larger weddings and multiple locations.

Your Moments Matter

It's your big day! The bride and groom interested in this package would prefer a professional handle all of the time consuming tasks of making their vision a reality. Their schedules are full and busy; however, they want a fabulous and memorable wedding. We create an overall visual design theme for your special event once all vendors and outside resources have been secured. This package includes color selection, layout, design diagrams, set-up and tear-down depending on the details of the wedding. The event designer is in charge of all vendors and logistics pertaining to the wedding. The Your Moments Matter package includes:

Complimentary consultation
Unlimited meetings, text messages, and emails re: progress of wedding Vendor recommendations/negotiating/contracting
Basic review of vendor contracts
Establish budget & payment scheduling
Develop master timeline and distribute to vendors
Provide RSVP service
Manage seating arrangements
Assist with invitation selection
On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal, the wedding, and reception
Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary to bridal party and family

This contract begins at least 90 days prior to the wedding day.

Special Moments

This couple has planned portions of their wedding day but wants assistance with design, vendor referrals, and budget. This package includes:

Maximum of 6 face-to-face meetings
Vendor recommendations/negotiating/contracting
Reminder notices and planning checklist
Budget development/comparison
Attend vendor meetings if needed
Develop master timeline and distribute to vendors
On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal, the wedding, and reception
Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary to bridal party and family

The Final Moment

The couple, here, is interested in having an event designer present the day of the event for proper execution. The bride/groom has already booked vendors, selected a venue, and planned most of the wedding details. Their mission is to have an event designer manage the details.

Destination Wedding

Looking to avoid the expense of a local wedding? Planning a destination wedding day may be the best plan for you. This plan is GREAT for couples who want a dream wedding, but don�t want to break the bank. Their mission is to have an event designer manage the details.

Maximum of 8 face-to-face meetings
A report listing of potential destinations within Ohio, across the country, or on a popular tropical destination
Travel agent referral
Basic review of vendor contracts
Budget development and management
Guest accommodation research
Walk-thru meeting to review timeline at location prior to the wedding (if possible)
Reminder notices and planning checklist
Finalize details
Develop master timeline and distribute to vendors
